Nicolas is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in the fields of private equity and investment banking. He holds a Dipl\u00f4me de Grande Ecole from ESSEC Business School in Paris and an engineering degree with a specialization in telecommunications. <\/p>\n
Before joining BDG, Nicolas was Vice President at Canaccord Genuity where he was instrumental in various IPOs and M&A transactions such as Lumenpulse, Halogen Software and the sale of Distech Controls. Prior to that, Nicolas worked at Novacap, one of the leading private equity funds in Canada, where he was involved in multiple investment transactions in the tech and industrial sectors. <\/p>\n
Nicolas started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and Dubai. <\/p>\n
Nicolas has also been teaching private equity to MBA students at Concordia University for over 6 years.<\/p>\n
