Yanick joined BDG in 2022. Yanick holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and began his career in the banking industry, where he held various management positions, including Assistant Vice-President of Customer Contact Centres and then the Real Estate Financing Centre of the Laurentian Bank. Driven by the concepts of operational excellence and the impact of good management practices on the performance and mobilization of teams, he then joined Proaction International, enabling him to support decision-makers in medium and large companies while establishing strategies that provide a conducive environment to achieving their ambitions.<\/p>\n
