Bruno Houdmont joined BDG’s Board of Directors in 2018.
He is a Belgian national and law graduate from the Université Catholique de Louvain (1983) and has a degree in European Law from Ghent University (1985).
He began his career with Banque Bruxelles Lambert in 1985, which later became part of ING Group in 1998. He joined rapidly the bank’s international network, taking on Executive Management responsibilities from 1997 onwards of overseas branches or subsidiaries.
He held successive positions in Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, China and Switzerland before arriving in Luxembourg.
In 2016, he joined the Degroof Petercam Group, whose head office is in Brussels, as CEO of the Luxembourg subsidiary of the Bank.
