Michel Ringuet

Michel Ringuet has a B.A. from the University of Laval (1980) and and MBA from McGill University (1983). After his university studies, he was hired by the finance department of the National Bank of Canada.

In 1990, Mr. Ringuet joined Master Group, the most important and the oldest independent distributor in the air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and heating industry in Eastern Canada serving the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. After 15 years as the company’s VP of Finance, he became CEO in 2006, till his departure in 2016. For more than seven years now, Master has been on Deloitte Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies list (Platinum Club member).

Mr. Ringuet is currently the Governor of the Tel-Jeunes Foundation. Apart from being an actual private investor in various companies, through the means of Placements Mica3, Mr. Ringuet is also a committee member of the following investment funds: Cycle Capital Fund1, XPND Capital Fund 1 and Namakor Inc. He also sits on the Board of Lumenpulse Inc., Master Group Inc., Earth Alive Clean technologies and Lion Electric Company.
